Veigar ARAM-only E nerf

Could Veigar get an ARAM only nerf on his E? It is way too effective given the limited map space you can move around in. Either a reduction to the AOE size or the duration (both how long it lasts and the stun durration) would be enough. Even cast range being reduced a bit would be good. There is really no bad situation to use his E in since it almost is a guarantee to hit or trap at least 1 person (which almost always equals their death because ARAM).
