You will be less than useless once they start building only armor defense items. It is more or less reportable for int feeding now with the defense item changes making armor items better.

God i can't hear this bullshit anymore. Every single game i pick gp mid:OMG FULL AD WE ARE DOOMED HURR DURR WELL DONE GG FFF OPEN MID Enemy team full squishy not a single tank If the enemy has three tanks it might be recommended yes but even then it doesn't mean much since they then lack a lot of dmg. Don't try to tell your teammates how to play, in the end it is you who will look stupid. I just quote the riven of my last game: can you pls pick a tank top. Oh nice gp. GGWP. No tank guys, let's open I go 16/3/19 with 65k dmg, second best dmg being 35k. Solo carrying the game. There is absolutely no problem with going full AD unless they really have something like malph AND rammus then you might reconsider but apart from that as i said don't try to tell your teammates how to play and watch your own perfomance.

Besides: You made that post 8 hours ago, after a ranked game of yours in which you went 2/5 with 16% KP. Not saying the Zed wasn't useless but that had nothing to do with your team being full AD but every single one of you feeding their asses off.

GP is far more versatile than Zed. He has a ton of control over the map with his global ult, he has true damage, he has a heal/cleanse, he crits for massive AOE damage, he also has a ton of damage since his barrels ignore a ton of enemy armor.

That game, Zed lost to mid pretty hard early on. Yi is Yi so they would have won because of that likely anyways. But I doubt a 1-7-7 Zed would ever be able to kill a full armor tank Alistar (which he didnt, he lost to it I think a few times). Bot lane lost because armor Alistar was unkillable, Caitlyn out ranged us, and since mid was a free win for malz, we were constantly 3/4 man ganked, which because they built armor, we could do nothing about. Bot lane went pretty even until the back to back 3/4 man ganks and the Yi camp. Our jungler also thought that raptors were more important than infernal dragons too, so they just took all 3 and rift. So while yes, Being a full AD team was not the only reason we lost, it did make any chance we may have had to start a comeback impossible to do. My low KP was because I was the only one who stayed behind actually defending our base after we lost 2 inhibs with super minions pouring in while the team went off to chase kills, push mid, and overstay by about 2 minutes.

People are allowed to play what they want. Depending on the division, it's not even likely everyone will build armor. The only gamble is having multi assassin teams going against the new GA.

While too an extent you are right. However, The more armor you have built against an all AD team means the harder it is for any of them to get a kill, especially vs any kind of bruiser/tank.

It's actually fine, I do it pretty often and it works good. Full build zed can take on any tank. There is no tank capable of tanking a zed late game in a 1v1.
