Is giving Tanks high damage scaling.

These are suppose to be tanks.

Not bursters.

Stop giving champions like Garen, Maoki, Shen, Leona, Jarvan especially, and several others the capability to do damage on par with ADCs, assassins, mages, etc.

Tanks are not meant to be damaging classes.

Stop trying to make them damaging classes.

Give that high damage scaling to the actual damaging classes.

And stop being a piece of shit of a balance team.

Or you can learn what actual balance is. A tank is only a tank if they are a threat. They do this one of two ways. CC Or Damage.
