Unless it's season 5 tank meta, which will never come back so he'll always be God tier support. What's so good of an ardent support when Blitz can God hand anyone and have his team delete them? Heh!

yeah, i always thought this was true. There's a bit of a common sentiment of "git gud and dodge the hooks, blitz is useless past bronze" but what people don't get is that people in high elo are good at dodging hooks, but the people playing blitz are good at landing hooks

yup. blitz has a level 1 powerspike and never falls off at any point of the game, ever. At least champs like Darius/Nasus have clear moments of strength/weakness. It's honestly a little exhausting having to deal with it all game. Just by existing, he automatically warps the entire game to revolve around him.

can fire breath to ignore Q. I saw a dude completely shut down blitz by just being a living wall between his adc and blitz. Otherwise yep theres a reason folks insta lock 
when they see the blitz pick.

Skorch1 votesI think that might be a testament to Ardents strength. That even with Ardent being insanely busted, Hell they are playing pre-nerf ardent.
That with pure better strategy, and planning, and Superior tactics. That Ardent isnt immortal without the opponent having one.
Sure Karma had one, but that still put bot at a "disadvantage" in lane.
