Even full CDR scaling glyphs just gives you 15% at level 18.
Rito in what universe should ADCs be getting almost max CDR with one item while Mages are struggling trying to find scraps here and there?

There is nothing magical about capping your cdr, 35% is fine. I don't advise you to bend your build over for it.

i need the raw AP just to compete with the other full AD champions, whether they be adcs, junglers, top laners, etc, if i dont build tons of AP i wont be able to put out for my team.
Penns2 votesNot like the really cheap item that gives a huge power spike already gives you half the cdr cap + mid laners can get 10% more cdr, nearly endless mana regen and some bonus AP from blue at min 7-8 lel. Why do people still think every mage ever is totally useless?
YumaS2Astral1 votesI use 15% scaling CDR on blues and one scaling CDR quint, then I build two 10% CDR items or one 20% CDR item.
Otherwise I use mages that do not rely that much on CDR, such as Malzahar and Brand.
