Give League the Overwatch Treatment

Where ultimates are actually something you have to use properly instead of throwing it out and having it up again in 2 seconds. I remember when I use to be able to punish people for missing/wasting ults. Now they're up every fuking time someone gets to lane. So annoying especially with oppressive ults like

etc. whose only counterplay is to run until its down or etc. who can miss the ult horribly yet have it up by time they recall and get back to lane.

As you know OverWatch cannot be compare to this game

OverWatch is a FPS game which never even need any abilities in the first place to kill anything in the game, they can just use their auto attack to kill things, so having ult all the time in OW would be OP as its not even needed to get kills

In League of Legends, you actually need those ultimate to get kill, especially in competitive play

over watch is like call of duty rip off version with all mix champs of league and dota combined , league is a game where posibilties remain endless is what i like about this game , training is perfection or else dont rank at all stay in normals [slayer-jinx-unamused]

where melee champions are damage are constantly nerfed and ranged champions damage is constantly buffed but they also put massive delays on anything a melee champion does while ranged champions get quick high damage and utility moves. melee champions constantly getting punished for haveing low cooldown moves when you can hardly reach to your target with half your health.

Pretty sure whenever I ult someone it's a massive overkill that usually would've been achieved by another basic ability. Ultimates are the same as Deathfire Touch use to be. A luxury.

Take wukong for example. Usually when you ult someone with your full combo and kill them you've still got like another 3-4 seconds on your ult. You can usually just Q or E or even AA them for that kill.
