can you buff her Q or E ap ratio to enforce ap builds furthermore?

mr /lvl completely out ,Q amplify out , E dmg down ,Q dmg down ,attack speed down -5 ad .- alot of aspeed per level ,-all magic resist (classified as fighter) has no burst,needs hundreds of ap to scratch..

try building sheen items ,like wasting gold opposite base ad of juggernauts 99 max ad to 146

They don't like Kayle. When she's strong she's taken top and is extremely oppressive, more recently with the Sated fiasco, but after consecutive nerfs I think she needs some buffs or a rework at this point on a smaller scale.
