This made me cringe a bit when I read the 5.1 notes. I read a lot of nice things coming into play, but I didn't see anything related to tower buffs. They're really pathetically weak right now.

The other day i played a game where a 2 item Fiora attacked the the inner Tower with me defending. I attacked her while she was on the Tower.

Result? The Tower died in about 2 seconds from full HP before i even dropped Fiora to 80%.

How are you supposed to defend a Tower that dies instantly?

That is mathematically impossible.

For most champs yes, but for Fiora it is a mathematical possibility although it's still not probable. 5 BT 1 Tri Fiora can achieve around 1300 DPS on autos with crit factored out, which is reduced to 750 DPS onto the tower. Assuming a decent minion wave Fiora built absolute full retard can down a tower in around two seconds.

Improbable yes, Impossible no.

Edit: I missed two item Fiora lol, That's mathematically impossible.

I think you're exaggerating a bit; that Fiora must've been quite fed in order to drop that turret without losing a lot of health.

You're better off clearing the minion wave that she's sitting with in order to get her off the turret.

If nothing else the inner towers should at least be more durable than the outer towers, right now it is a little too easy to take said towers unless someone is constantly defending them.

All towers have the same defensive stats in order for there to be a point in the game where it switches from towers defending you to you defending towers.

It's still a fool's mission to take one down without minions at any point of the game besides "Everybody on their team is dead for 40 seconds we should end," but frankly, sieges shouldn't be any more difficult than they are.
