I start the game 11/0 and lose the same LP as my jungler who forgot smite.

This is the problem with this game. I win lane 6/0, pick up 5 kills roaming, get 3 towers on my own, get 2 drags because of my roams, and then due to our no smite lee sin with less damage dealt than soraka we lose. And the AFK TF didn't help. I'm not typing this to complain about my last game, it's to show how STUPID this ranked system is. Yes its a team game, but ranked in solo queue attempts to measure your individual skill, but 80% of what it measures is other peoples skill. There's no reason 11/0 should be treated the same as 1/5 with no smite. Just no reason.

cuz its a team win or loss not individual and if your 11-0 you shouldnt be able to lose a game cuz you are carrying so hard

It sounds like you were off in your own lane a lot. Also, it is a team game... Sometimes you get bad teammates. It's not a 'problem with this game'. It is an aspect of the game. If you don't like relying on teammates to win, then I suggest not a 5v5 or 3v3 style game. Everyone makes mistakes. It's up to the team to sort of make up for those mistakes.
