I just had an epiphany about why SoloQ Is probably never returning.

With Dynamic Queue, It is not only easier to balance Pro play, but team play in general.

Before Dynamic Q the developers would struggle to balance one game with several play modes varying between Solo/Duo Q, Ranked 5's, and Pro play.

So by merging Ranked 5's with Solo/Duo and adding Tri/Quad Que, it changed the entire game "Dynamic" to a more universal style, which is easier to balance, especially for full team 5v5's with voice communication.

Riot has already and continues to balance the game around full teams of 5v5 with VC, so in order words the mechanics and stats of various champ ability's, items, environment and much more have changed to better fit that Type of competition.

Hurts to say but Im finally convinced SoloQ is ancient history, and that I need to find some friends who play league if I ever want to progress again.

the overall issue in DQ is no one ever ever ever ever ever wants to supp......hence why the que time is practically nothing

That's not dynamic queue, just new champion select.

Dynamic queue is the ability to queue with multiple people in ranked. New champion select or draft pick is the ability to chose your specific roles before you queue

When you select rank and roles and it ques that's dynamic que. People complain about ques times nonstop however no one ever wants to support or you get troll adcs ...... my last several losses were due to adcs not building right and or sitting under tower calling people noobs then dying or the adc not following team just rage quit saying I'm done then let's enemy team push.

The same problem of noone wanting to support existed in Team Builder and before S6. People don't want to play champions that aren't playmakers, they all want like they have a shot at being players that turned the tides of the battle. That being said, supporting someone needs to have a visible impact to everyone in your and enemy team, not just you noticing the effect of your presence.

Being invisible sucks and that's why i am a support Morgana main. Snares are pretty hard to miss and if i hit my snares and that results in a kill, both teams notice that.

The difference is you were forced to support in solo que not ohh wait I don't have to now I'll que for 10 min just so I don't have to who cares if I suck which happens no stop , I know I'm a way way better adc then the adc i support for

Then it looks like everything is clear on your end. People who don't want to support pick something they want and they wait extra time in Q because everyone avoids supporting to this day. Supports simply have lot faster Q times and that's because so little players queue up as their primary support role.
