Its's not that I'm bringing up Garen, I'm bringing up Silences.

Garen, Cho Gath and Soraka are the only champions in the game with a silence now. And by far the most toxic CC was Cho Gath's.

Still totally balanced though because its somewhat difficult to hit multiple people with it, its also a skillshot.

OT: If anything gets hit on Cho, I'd want it to be the silence duration rather than any of his damage or other skills (every other skill he has is relatively balanced and has some drawback)

Q is a delayed knockup skillshot

E pushes waves pretty hard when used (which can be both a strength and a weakness)

R requires you to be in melee range.
