Is there any ADC that keep rengar fucking off you?
It's disgusting how his ulti + e guarantees an easy kill on an ADC. Who would you recommend against Rengar? Cause in my elo, no one peels for you.

Shrek Luigi3 votesNot sure why this got downvoted, Ashe's self-peels are horrendous without blowing R, and she has no escape mechanics to speak of. The community confuses the hell out of me sometimes :^/
Also Ezreal lol, I don't think playing one of the trashiest ADCs in the game is an appropriate measure for dodging the gapcloser of one dude on the enemy team.
Hawkefire2 votesWhile I do agree that Ashe probably isn't the best choice, but if you aren't near bushes and Rengar uses his ult to engage, you can immediately ult the Rengar and you should have enough damage to kill him at that point, unless he is ahead of you.

Dreadlocks3 votesWell i made it to gold 1 (was in plat 5 promos sadface) maining rengar. The hardest ADC's to hunt were these: Ult + W R+Q or E a well timed E, can dodge most of rengars burst, and if he tries, an empowered E. and last but not least
a well timed E, can really mess up a rengar, and given his raw damage, he can usually kill rengar before rengar can recover from the E. Also, when fed, if rengar fails to outright 1 shot him, his damage + Bloodthirster healing will legit allow him to 1v1 rengar, when equally fed.

He's an assassin whose kit is designed to attack from stealth. I'll use an analogy to explain how I combat Rengar.
Why fight a fire when you can practice fire prevention?
What do I mean by this?
Ward up, there's nothing better than a warning that Rengar is on his way. When a champion of this nature is on the rift you have to practice map awareness. Rengar thrives on the element of surprise and a tactically placed wards, team communication and paying attention to the mini map (where he is, where did he gank last, is he camping a lane) can create a famine of easy gank situations for the king of the jungle (dun dun tiss). Finally, be prepared for him once you see the exclamation mark above your champion.

If it wasn't for the fact that Rengar gains True Sight during his ultimate, making invisibility useless.

Keti1 votesKindred ult almost always backfires when used to survive assassins. It's good in a dueling scenario, but if you have teammates around you it just gives rengar the chance to bring all your allies to 100hp as well.

Condemn rengar and ult+tumble, oh sure lemme just pull out .00003 second reaction time outta my butthole. Not to mention u dont know from which angle hes coming from. Hard to rocket jump away if he can one shot u before u even get pff the ground. Hard to just use (e) as ezreal because he gains so much movement speed, he can easily catch up.

l Helios l1 votesYou don't self-peel. That's the job of your support, top, assuming he isn't on engage duty, and jungler, assuming he also isn't on engage duty. If they don't peel for you, it's hard to expect you can survive a fight if Rengar gets the jump on you.
Best advice, keep warding heavily, never be alone, buy a pink ward. You can out damage him as long as you anticipate the E and dodge. That's what the pink is for. Basically always have one in your inventory. If you're full build, buy oracle's alteration if you have to. As ADC, you can't die after 35 minutes or you team will lose baron and inhibitor turrets along with inhibitors.

Most rengars take at least a second to assassinate someone. Once the cat shows his face, Quinn can E away from him then Q blind him. If the battle gets extended, Rengar will try to look for a bush, but Quinn's W got that covered.

I've had good luck against Rengar as Graves but I don't think he's foolproof against him. His two hops, Flash and Heal can be used to get out of just about any sticky situation, and he can followup Rengar's gapcloser with hefty burst damage, but it's otherwise a skill-match up as both players have to be on-point to get the edge over the other in a fight.

I think Tristana is pretty good against Rengar as she has self peel. As soon as you see the exclamation mark above your head you can rocket jump away and time the ult until it's down If not hopefully you can pop your ulti and get away.
Left Hook Larry1 votesIt's not guaranteed. Buy a pink and/or qss. Use qss on his e and u have summoners to get away (flash heal). That is for when you're caught out. When grouped just stand near each other and place a pink. Not difficult
BluePolarizer1 votesIf you use the instant targetting trick with Vayne or Tristana where you spam press E or R on top of yourself whenever you see the !, you'll be able to knock him back in mid-air. This of course requires insane mechanics and nerves of steel to pull off while walking back and forth or even while still autoing but its technically doable. However, I do believe it is easier than knocking back Leona E with Thresh E.
