How to make a kit overloaded and overpowered:

passive: Every 18/14/10 seconds , your attack is ranged (525 range), it does 20-190 bonus damage and gives you a shield equal to 15% of your max hp for 4/5/6 seconds. Oh and it still procs grasp and iceborn as if it was a melee attack.

q: 430 range aoe attack that does 40/65/90/115/140 (+80% bonus ad + 6% of enemy's max hp) physical damage and slows for 20/25/30/35/40% for 1 second, then procs the damage again. cd 9/8/7/6/5 seconds, mana cost 35/40/45/50/55.

w: passively gives 12% more armor and mr, when below 40% hp, make that 24%. Active: gain 27/29/31/33/35% movespeed for 2.5 seconds, and gain a shield that stops one dash within 400 units of yourself, and it deals 70/110/150/190/230(+70% ap) magic damage. costs 50 mana, cd: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds.

e: 525 range target gapcloser that does 50/70/90/110/130(+50% bonus ad) physical damage, carries your target up to another 300 units and if they collide with terrain it does that damage again and stuns them for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds. cd: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds, costs 70 mana.

r: instant aoe knock up that does 200/300/400 (+90% physical damage), or channel for up to 4 seconds to increase the range accordingly (max 1900 range), and then targets hit get thrown towards their nexus, with the distance increasing the longer the channel. cd: 140/120/100 seconds, costs 100 mana.

So this champion has spammable aoe %hp physical damage + slow, ranged poke that procs on-hits, spammable %hp shield, mobility from ms boost, built in scaling resist, a gapcloser target stun, an aoe knockup that doubles as a get out of jail free card and peel. Everything in her kit does some amount of damage and she has 3 ad scalings and an ap scaling, This champion is overpowered. This champion is played if not banned. This champion is abused all the time in the lck. This champion is poppy.
