The only without a doubt buff is 2 base AD
Her passive will generally be weaker but might be comparable against tankier enemies with the higher attack speed.
It looks like W changes are targeted at her having to use the ability for more than just a quick tap to get full benefit out of it.
He was also talking about reducing mark time.

but i sure complained about Irelia being Yasuo that can build tanky There is no fucking reason yasuo should build crit to deal damage, but irelia can build triforce/sterak then deal more damage than a PD+IE yasuo while being tanky as fuck
