... and then he could basically go 1 vs 5 and win.
My only surprised is that he didn't buy this 
cáncer ítem to be even more inmortal.
Thanks Riot for this "awesome" and "balanced" ítems, and "lifesteal" in general, that allows hipercarries to be also the tank of the team. The metagame is shitier now than even before thanks to this absurdity in itemization.

69469238DEL11 votesPretty much no matter what item set Yi has, if you cc him your team should be able to focus him down fairly quickly, it does sound like this Yi in particular was very fed though is he had all of those items
TheOvermind1 votesWhile it's true sustain and ad itemisation is overtuned currently, Your example is terrible. Was your entire team immobile mages with easy to dodge skillshots? because only then Yi would 1v5. And even then it's on you for making a team like that. Probably wasnt the case though, which means you can land one, just one hard CC spell on him and he dies.
