Base armor increased from 29 to 30
Shadow Assault (R) reverted to live functionality.
So, he's losing 2 armor, gaining 7 MR, and nothing else.
It's not really a buff at this point at all.

Arakadia1 votesIt's a trade off for the better. Your getting slightly less defense against auto attacks and way more for spells, which make up the vast vast majority of a mages damage.

That doesn't mean they are going to dictate balance around champions who aren't intended for jungle or being tested for jungle.

T4underbolt2 votesYeah that's a cool part that I would also like to stay but talons W is unreliable. You usually don't hit second W in combos. It's too easy to avoid and additionally it does no damage on cast and only does meaningful damage on the way back. I really want to see it flying faster.

You can't sit there and tell me it's a problem when he deletes people when fed like he should when adc's are running around deleting people with 2 auto attacks while be covered in shields/lifesteal. Mages also delete people in seconds IE veigar WITH cc and endgame. There's literally no reason Talon should have delayed burst when you added shit like stopwatch. If you need to delete duskblade then so be it.
