She is strong all game long.

Leona has been my go to pick as a support. Her W allows her to overtank everything. More the less, she hass CC on par to nautilus with 2. Stuns and a root. She is a team champ with her passive, however always requiring armour. I even play her in jungle and top with attack speed and press the attack. Off meta bruiser/ancient coin leona top is busted having abbility to out trade all in champs like olaf and jax. She hard counters olaf despite his cc shield. Leona is strong at anypoint of the game. If you are playing her as a support you just need heavy communication with your adc. Playing with leona can feel alienated to new players as she "ints" goes in to apply hard cc and shield the damage for the adc to do something.
