Seasons? Patches, maybe, but Lee is usually viable, at least. He's very rarely bad, due to the fact that he can be helpful to his team the entire game.

Yes, because poor precious Lee Sin NEEDS a buff despite his constant OPness... He NEEDS it to fight we big bad tanks... As Riot fucking guts all tank based champs and items. But no, let's BUFF Lee Sin.. While we're at it, Teemo is so sad, and underplayed. He never wins anything, let's buff him to.

Edit: Guys, Riot's next patch. Lee Sin passive: Riot's chosen. Any team with Lee Sin instantly wins. Even if both teams have him. Can't risk Lee Sin losing.

I thought building Lee Sin tank was viable, so its not like he "needs" this to survive a tank meta (though he hasn't been seeming TOO bad in such a meta, if one would argue it still exists at all).
