What if Veigar got a MS buff when using his E like Ahri does with her Q?
I think he'd be much better if this was a thing.

AtheosisX3 votesNo way. Part of his identity is immobility. They just need to slightly shorten the delays on his E and W (0.1 to 0.2 seconds). That would fix him in my opinion.
