I would buy Riot back from Tencent as my first thing. Then I would:

*Revert Runes Reforged

*Kick some well known people out

*Revert Galio's rework

*Bring in people who actually know how to balance

*Take Neeko back to the drawing board

*Give Karma a proper rework including giving her shield bomb back

*Bring Team Builder and Dominion back

*And definitely not bring these new ranked changes that are coming in (they need to be scrapped)

Those are just to start. You don't have to agree with every one, these are just my opinions. What would you do if you were able to buy Riot out from Tencent? Let's discuss!

I am on board with everything you said, I would add putting morello back in charge of balance and design on there.

Not to sure why you have to elaborate "buying Riot back from Tencent" twice in the OP, especially given Riot was bought out by Tencent as soon as Season 1 had started so it's not like Riot was snatched away by Tencent only recently.

I dunno why you want team builder back when we already have a better version of it. The only thing Team Builder offered was a champion in the role as well but Im fine without that since the declare/ban system is there for that.

Don't stop at reverting Galio's "rework". Revert Yorick's rework, too. And Sion's. And Poppy's. And Urgot's.

In fact, just revert almost all of them, and just make new champions that have the reworked kits instead of overwriting or almost over-writing champions people already know and love (or hate).

Make defensive itemization and masteries/runes good again, like they were back in season 2.
Significantly tone down early-mid game damage.
Revert all of Trundle's nerfs to his Pillar, including the removal of its vision granting ability.
Make the bruiser equivalent of , where it builds into all of their core items, including
remove this garbage item from the game.
Bring back both Dominion and Ascension and put them in the "Crystal Scar" category under game modes.
Completely rework Twisted Treeline to make it more like the old map, but without the random jungle camps or the old base layout. Completely kill the funnel strat.
