I have been looking around lately, at Youtubers who play League and through my own matches I have noticed something strange. Vlad seems to be a dominating monster throughout nearly the entire game. I do not know if this is merely a coincidence, but it seems to be happening to me. If you have had a similar experience lately, please tell me. If your opinion differs from what I have seen, please tell me as well so that I may put my mind at ease over this.

Well he has crazy sustain, high damage, no resources after he finishes his 1200g item, and no skill shots. Not sure how he can be bad.

If he is as strong as you say, play him to master tier you dumb cry baby. Vlad has garbage tier early game, meh mid game and good late game.

anyone who can abuse his shit early game can make him useless throughout the game thats his main problem

If you play a champion with a pretty good early game, then you won't have a problem with him. He requires a lot of skill to carry a game. He can be shut down with a slight advantage, and he needs kills or plenty of farm to start becoming a problem for your team. Deny him those things, and you won't be paying attention to him anymore. Remember that his escape ability has a pretty long cool down, and you should punish him if it's down. I play against him from time to time, and he is pretty tanky. My main problem when playing against him is his sustain, so I only go all in on him so he doesn't heal himself every time we get in a little fight. If he uses his Q to last hit, then go all in.

If you're really having a problem with him look into summoner 14 item 3111 item 3139 item 3102 . I'm not sure what lane you see him in, and who you see him played against, but that's the general information.
