Can we stop nerfing assassins?

Sooooo the changes on the PBE to the assassins item's are looking to be mostly nerfs....why? Like, ADC's are dominating the meta right now and your sitting here nerfing their only counter over and over again.

Like i understand that assassins are frustrating to play against buuuuuut that's kind of the point of a counter, everyone has to deal with them, their annoying and every class needs to have a counter, the continued buffs to Assassins counter's over the last 4 months has made assassins very hard to play, forcing many AD assassins to build Bruiser for example, making many AP assassins less than effective against pretty much everything their meant to be good against.

So let's nerf them AGAIN to even more solidify our hatred for the only class that can actually kill ADC's. It's annoying to have 40% of a teams power budget be almost complete dominant with little to no counterplay against them, what do you do against someone who one shot's you with 2 or 3 auto attacks? One shot them back? No, cause apparently riot doesn't want ADC's to be able to be killed anymore.
