i think this fish has some identity crisis maybe change his base damage and give him more scaling?same changes could be done also for

He is supposed to be played in multiple way since his release, so there is no indentity crisis with him. Tank Fizz is picked more often in competitive scene because this way he is much safer and you don't need to sacrifise wave clear to play him. The smite and his ult debuff allows him to still deal damage in the mid game while being tanky and safety. There is no problem with his base damage and scaling. Mid Fizz scales very well with cdr and with pure ap. He is extremly risky but actually one of the best scaling assasin atm why it should be incrased, and why he should be only viable as glass cannon ap. Strategic diversity is a nice thing to have in game.

You see a long long LONG time ago, fizz was viable as an AP assassin. I remember. I mained him. People hated me for it. Just get the Lich Bane and a Deathcap and Q into the adc for 2k damage. It was fun. Now you gotta do a few more things here and there but overall i like seeing him at least played, now matter how he's played.

it´s the players that have issues...tankfizz doesn´t offer much for his team compared to ap-fizz. Even Shyvana would be a better choice than tankfizz (more dmg, more map control, same lack of cc).

Shyvana can't Zhonya's while moving every few seconds. The Playful/Trickster is why he is getting played and as long as he has that he'll see use I think. He can also flex into 4 roles due to the Playful/Trickster even if his other abilities are weak and with % damage output he can always serve a use on the team. Flex picks are very strong in pro pick/ban.
