Does Ap Lucian Exist?

I main AP Lucian. I feel he was in a good spot, but I feel like AP Lucian has this evil twin called AD Lucian. Because ever time AD Lucian does something bad, AP Lucian pays for it.

I'm talking about the nerfs to his W on the PBE where the range was reduced to match the reduced range of his ult.

I almost wish riot could make AP Lucian into a real complete separate Champ because he is actually fun to play, but riot is always balancing AD Lucian and ap Lucian is always on the short end of the stick. Getting yanked in all direction because Riot does not see ap Lucian as a legitimate child. They only see AD Lucian.

Riot....AP Lucian is real, stop treating him like he is not, you are mentally scaring him for life. He'll be damaged goods when he grows up, while AD Lucian will grow up to be a baller.
