Strength of the Ages (defense tree Keystone) needs changes

After reading it's premise, it's conditions don't make sense. For those uninformed:

Strength of the Ages is a defense tree Keystone mastery on the PBE that grants 25 permanent HP for participating in the kill of a large monster and 10 permanent HP for participating in the kill of a siege minion, for a maximum of 300.

Considering that large monsters are MUCH easier to farm whereas siege minions are much rarer in the early game, I think Siege minions should be more rewarding for laners, as right now it's HEAVILY biased towards junglers

Considering laners get more Gold and XP, i could see why. Sure you can prob stack this faster in the jungle, but in lane you should be able to buy more health related items and this is rather supplementing it.

Assuming large monster means the same thing it currently does on live, you are absolutely right. It would almost be a jungle-only mastery as it is right now.

EDIT: "Large monster" may mean only red/blue and the epic monsters on the rift, which seems like it would be comparable to the lane rate of stacking. Just a theory, I don't have PBE to test.

I'm more annoyed that it's a farming passive at all, considering that it's the only selfish, non-offensive capstone defense mastery it really should be something a little less uninspiring.
