Talon's Q is no longer counted as autoattack. Also he has more situational mobility with more cd gating and no mana gating. He has an AoE burst ultimate, no blinks like Kassadin, and he does way more damage early. Also his cone is a boomerang type spell rather than an instant spell like Kassadin's E. Honestly the two champions play extremely differently, but hey you tried.
