Will the damage masteries increase true damage or only physical and magic?

If Riot follows what they have historically done, true damage will not be enhanced by any %damage increase masteries.

Believe it or not, not really. A percent increase of another percent is hardly noticable.

Flat true damage truly benefits the hardest because squishies get melted a hell of a lot faster under the pressure of flat true damage with percentage increases.

True damage is supposed to be true damage. It deals the exact amount stated, regardless of any other factors. It ignores all mitigation, and also ignores all amplification.
