was jarvan`s E armor so much of a problem?
was around 10-15 for him self and long before it was an aura like taric has ,that`s when jarvan was viable
alll these dam junglers nowadays have: self sustain ,be shield or heal ,and walljumps(elise ,reksai ,nidalee, lee sin and so on ,agressive junglers)
