I've never had that happen. Although I get aggravated when people just assume they can pick your champion and you can get them what they want. I pick intent every game. Sometimes I'm last pick and they're first or second and either don't know what to pick or are afraid of getting counter picked and so they pick my champion at the last second. Err... I own about half of the champions (and more in my main roles, less in off roles) - so there's probably a 50% chance I'm not going to have what you end up wanting. Should probably have said something to me...
Although actually, I think I've only once not had the champion they wanted. Guess I've been pretty lucky.
