Remove Clarivoyance and Buff Scrying Orb

Underserved spell and underserved trinket. Both serve similar functions. I realize that scrying orb does show some play as people use it to prevent bush dodging and line of sight being broken but it should really be able to be used as a better scouting tool as well.
