Option for a sound effect that lets us know when abilities come off cooldown like thunderlords?

You know how you get that chime sound that indicates thunderlords is ready?

Can we get a toggle option for a unique sound effect for all Q W E R abilities? Maybe passives as well.

I ask this because I watched my match replay in slow motion and realized I kept AAing my target even when my spells were off cooldown. I did kill the target but it could have been done better.

Now I know its a matter of skill, but sometimes you find yourself looking down at your spells cooldown during a fight which take away focus from actual combat.

I'm not asking for it to be mandatory (I know some ppl won't like it)., I'm just asking for the ability to go into options/menu and turn it on like smart cast.
