Wukong or J4

So after about a year of playing adc (exclusively) and complaining that I cant carry these idiots in my elo, I think I found a role and a champion that I can do decently with.

Ive been taking shen in the jungle and doing my own unique clears, and it actually feels like I can consistently carry because of his strengths in my elo. I want to tell you about what shen is doing that allows me to carry and then ask, based on that, if I should buy wukong or j4.

Shen Strengths:

Can stay in the jungle and farm to cinderhulk without backing more than once. Can easily put multiple lanes ahead. Great babysitting potential with ult. Can keep lanes pushed while babysitting. Scales well with hp. Dmg.

Shen Weaknesses:

Struggles to keep track of multiple lemmings around lvl 11. (taunt Cooldown too High. Ult Cooldown too High). May rely on getting lemming ahead in lane. Not sure yet.

So as you might be able to tell with the weaknesses, a frightening pattern in my games with him thus far, is that no matter how fed I get my lemmings, they are constantly wandering off and melting. This is really bad because I dont feel like a shen can be the sole deciding factor in a 4v5. If I had my wish. It would be for a champion that can get just as many laners ahead as shen is doing rn, and can do everything shen is doing regarding babysitting, but could also carry a 4v5 in case the lemmings are too just too willful.

I've never played J4 but he did get a bit of a boost from Duskblade. Before, he would be either too squishy or lack damage to be an assassin since he has so much other utility. Now, you can still play a bit like an assassin with Duskblade even if Warrior is your only other damage item. It's probably better than on Wukong since Wukong can already kill a squishy almost regardless of build.

They're pretty different though. J4 has a lot of utility and peel potential but Wukong is sneakier and does more damage. His ult. is also quite good in teamfights. I think they're too different to really compare and they're both probably better top laners. To me, Wukong seems more fun but like I said, I've never played J4. J4 is probably more versatile.

Im still worried i cant carry 2 loosing lanes from top. I feel like its better to just influence them with 2-4 ganks and make the lemmings harder to kill individually.

Of the two, which is the better jg? Realizing that both reach their fullest potential from top lane, which of the two is a better jg lvls 4-9?
