Does anyone buy cull or hunter’s potion?

I’ve rarely seen someone take cull and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone buy hunter’s potion. Cull should get a buff by being as cheap as the support items (relic shield, spelltheif, ancient coin) so players can choose to either buy refillable potion or 3 health pots or cull+potion+control ward.

As for hunter’s potion, maybe they could make it as cheap as refillable potion but you can’t upgrade smite until you fully complete the item, this change would probably favor junglers who rarely gank and mostly farm.

I find that I buy Cull significantly more than I buy Doran's Blade.

It's ultimately an investment item. Once you hit 100 CS it pays back the initial investment with interest.

What? Hunter potions is so op for jgs like sej and eve who need sustain in the jg. If i could get a hunter po on my first back with eve, my transition through early to mid-early is extremely easy

I usually buy Cull on my first back, if I'm an AD champion and I'm either behind or I'm a hyper carry.

I always buy a Hunter's Potion whenever I jungle, no matter who I'm playing. I don't know why people don't buy it, it's literally just 250 extra gold for a massive boost in sustain.

Fun thing that I noticed is that when buying Cull and if you're playing someone who rushes Rageblade the Passive +3 life on-hit sustain synerges really well with the Guinsoo's Rage Passive (that proc's on-hit effects twice).

(I find that the sustain from Cull is better than the sustain from Doran's Blade but only if i'm playing a rageblade user champion).
