is there a reason why no kha or brand nerfs have appeared on the pbe yet?
a mage who does incredible aoe damage during teamfights yet can also kill you in a combo
and
an assassin who is meant to play around a passive that increases his damage when you are alone, funnily enough he no longer needs the passive to kill you
would love for a wise sage to come along and enlighten me, anyone?
