My Approach to Jungling
I'm low silver; so, bear in mind that I could be completely wrong here, but this is my approach to my favorite role.
When jungling, I see myself as the person in charge of the scene. I'm the one who gets to decide what happens when and where. Because I'm the team's hidden Ace up the sleeve, the hidden surprise. And, if my team wants to achieve a victory, they have to either outperform their enemy in lane or wait for me to be good and ready to pay their lane a visit.
But people hate being made to wait. They want instant gratification. They demand and expect it, because their parents didn't have the balls to tell them during their car rides, "No, you're not getting a happy meal! You'll eat what we get you and be grateful for it!"
Well, guess, what? When I'm jungling, I'm the one behind the wheel and I ain't nobody's daddy. I'm that guy your company hired to drive you to your scheduled destination, and you aren't the one signing my paychecks; so, you aren't in charge of me. And no amount of whining, screaming, crying, bitching, and name calling is going to make me give into the childish demands of my passengers.
I've a destination in mind, it's called winning, and unless stopping off for a quick bite somewhere is going to lead to that outcome then that quick stop isn't happening!
