LOL at eve nerfs

• Whiplash (E) empowered damage lowered from 95/115/135/155/175 to 75/100/125/150/175

• Last Caress (R) damage lowered from 150/275/400 to 125/250/375

Yeah I'm going to say that now that we've all had the time to see how to play her, she should be toned down a bit.

She was nuking away health from targets at such a high burst that there wouldn't even be a Keystone proc sometimes, which would end up getting absorbed by the last bulky champ alive.

Putting the damage down should put Evelynn in a situation where she has to choose the target of her Empowered Whiplash more carefully, and it will also (hopefully) make better use of whatever Keystone she is using at the time.

It is not healthy for her to have to feel the need to be upfront to deal the damage because she can (often meant that Any Eve would snowball and set the pace of the game too often). She should be more selective about the targets she approaches, and in general, she is. But the early game "Last Caress" being fired off after Empowered Whiplash was throwing around a lot of power in terms of mobility as well.

All in all, I think it is a good lever to tweak, as a flat damage reduction in early ranks can be easily informative enough to roll back in order to tweak something else or if another issue, like items, are more of the problem.

Imo Eve is like Rengar, except squishier, less reliable and ult dependent.

Forcing Eve to have to wait the full 2 seconds of charm to secure kills is fine, but you have to do something about the hole her burst was covering.

Considering how weak Eve is pre-6, she could use something to help her be useful during the mid/ late game when teams are grouping
