8 wins over the weekend, zero key fragments

The drop rate for them seems far too low right now. I think there is a bug where their chances didn't reset at the start of the month as barely anyone seems to be getting any keys anymore.

I think the timer for 'month' is a rolling timer that is unique to each player, so no player should have hit the 'reset' yet as crafting has not been out for a full 4 weeks.

For reference, I have opened 2 chests so far (not counting the freebie at the start) so I have 8 wins looking for key fragment #9. Most of my games were 5 man premades or close to that. I was pretty lucky during the week and managed to get 3 fragments in a row.

key fragments drop rates decrease as you collect more key fragments. This drop rate resets monthly. So if you have already gotten several key fragments, you are less likely to find more post game.

I'm well aware of that, but I'm only on my third out of four chests for the month and the grind appears to getting to a ridiculous state. I would say I'm currently playing more League than I've ever played before, I think more than should be a maintainable amount in my life, and I'm still falling behind the rate of chest gains to say nothing of the four chests we got at the start of hextech crafting that it appears i'll never be able to open for "free",
