@RIOT Can you please respond about elise's current state?

It hasn't been gone anywhere and it isn't going anywhere. We see you balancing champions left and right but elise doesn't seem to be getting the same treatment. shes only getting minor "buffs". Her nerfs in the past were reasonable in the past meta, but that isnt the case anymore.
