Her wr went from 3940% to 4041% with her last "buff", basically it didnt do anything.
Hotfix in some 50 + attack range and then maybe she'll break 45% wr, just maybe because her kit still sucks but she'd have playable range atleast.

If she was doing horrible in botlane compared to lets say, mid, then they'd consider range. Range isn't the issue, she just takes time to understand.

Hes just wrong.
Kai sa has bad win rates in every single position, ppl in high elo have tried multiple diferent builds + role but they all suck, the champ just blows with 500 range and doesnt function, she needs tons of buffs to even begin to be playable.
Her stats are the living proof of it, adc wr = 41%, jg = 38%, mid = 33%, top 29%... It can be considered trolling picking this champ atm.

Sivir and lucian have kits that work with 500 range, kai sa doesnt, thats the difference.
Ragnaveil1 votesOk, and slapping 50 range just removes the whole "high risk high reward" thing going on with her, hell, she was made to be a second high risk adc. Sure, Vayne has 550, but she's squishy as all hell, not to mention she doesn't deal MISSING hp dmg in MAGIC damage.

Vayne does % health true damage instead, oh and btw it takes only 3 autos not 5.
Vayne is straight up better than kai sa, kaisa is not a high risk high reward adc, shes a high risk 0 reward adc.

Tèrminus1 votesShe's weak for the same reason Kayle isn't very good. Itemization for heavy AP-AS takes way too long to get going. This would probably be Kai'Sa's best build if it was actually reasonable to get going, because Plasma scales really hard with AP.
Good luck building this in a reasonable amount of time.
She doesn't really do anything with AD/crit that all the other auto-focused hypercarries can't do already.

She's somehow flagged as a support, but her curve does not indicate her warranting buffs right now. It is still trending upwards as people learn to play the champion.
