on fixing ganking junglers, junglers need to lose the lane xp until level...say 11, so camping is less benefical (esp since all the other laners on my team lose anyways by default , so the enemy jungler doesn't need to do anything besides camp my lane and get drags early)

He would quickly fall behind, but since he is just soaking his laners xp, he doesn't lose shit, and due to him currently having one of if not the best clear speed he can leave, clear out his jungle in around 45 seconds then camp my lane again

Nah...i just want to punish players for literally sitting in the bush for minutes at a time to prevent me from playing the damn game, im sick of being punished because the rest of my team are monkeys in the wrong elo
