@Riot serious question, why have some champions not been given the Pre-Rework Poppyorick Treament?

As in being gutted into the floor until a rework for being overly obnoxious and purely stat-check champions?

You could make these champions go 0/10 in lane but they'd still just outscale you with items and point and click you to death. Laning against any of them just makes you want to slit your wrists and even if you do succeed in stomping them you better end the game before 15 minutes or they're coming back and making an impact by giving people autism.

As I recall, Yorick and Poppy (Also Azir now) had to remain in the gutter for multiple seasons until their eventual reworks because of "Unfun Gameplay". Why are these 3 obnoxious champions being given special treatment? I would gladly lane vs Release Poppy or Yorick any day than one of these.

Because they aren't nearly as obnoxious as old Yorick or Poppy, and are still fairly balance-able when compared to those two.

I don't have many memories of old Poppy in particular, but old Yorick was a cancer that I'm glad was removed from this game. If you think that Pantheon is bad and stat-check, then you've never laned against old Yorick because even with a 0.02% playrate and a 2% winrate he still has a more annoying, uninteractive lane phase than any of the 3 you've listed up there combined. There's a reason he was gutted to hell and then removed and replaced.
