hmm, i dont think just hitting the secondary effects on his ult is such a good idea.
lee is pretty anoying, but part of it is, that he often doesnt require a lot of thought to royally screw you over. on the other hand, its really hard to screw up on him, because hes so damn forgiving to play.
imo:
- reduce his base movement speed by 5 to 10. he is mobile enough. why does he have to have the second highest base movement speed in the game?
- shift power from the initial damage of his ult into the secondary effect. meaning, if he just kicks you in the face to disengage, he will barely deal any damage. but if he actually aims his ult, and hits other champions with it, it will deal extra damage.
- grant him his passive only when he hits an enemy champion ort a jungle creep with an ability. what anoys the shit out of me, is that lee never runs out of energy. he can miss a q against you, hits a lane minion twice and gets enough energy back to try again.
he should not be rewarded with free attack speed and energy return for missing his shit. if he wants his passive, she should actually be able to hit a champion with his spells.
if nothing else, give him at least that first and third change. he can keep his ability to make plays, if he just gets punished for screwing up for a change.
