Why one shotting ranged mage is fine but one shotting meele ad is not?

I dont think theres a single AD champion that would straight forward delete something without putting himself in a risk meanwhile Anivia Annie Leblanc Syndra Lux Orianna Ahri is one shotting fest. Especially Anivia that can just stand in place throwing "skillshots" and deleting anyone who gets too close.

Likely because burst mages are designed around their ability to one-shot. Once they throw their burst they sit around waiting for their CDs. Melee AD champs can follow you and AA you to death if their burst doesn't kill you.
