Because he aint lee sin i mean rammus have extreme difficulty to clear jungle the tank item removed hard rammus nerfs while his mobility wasn't out of controll like lee and not like lee is 10000x time better than rammus but better nerf rammus cause lee sin main:rammus so broken such early game qq.q.q.q..q.q.q.q.qq
