Yeah, the last thing that needs to happen is a tank counter to get nerfed while tanks are already ridiculous and so is the new mastery, nerf them then feel free to adjust vayne after.

If by small nerf you mean big nerf + nerf to the top tanks like poppy then sure.
Colossus is the most broken keystone the game has seen, it makes the old pre nerf warlords and fervor look weak lmao, nothing fair about a mastery that gives you free trading in lane that scales into giving your average tank a 2k health shield in a team fight.
