it is highly effective to stack more than ~200 armor as you suggested if you are against a lot of physical damage.
the hp to make even 500-600 armor "ideal" is ~4000. Even with 3k hp you are losing little effectiveness.
tanks should be tanky, which they are, op is just whining like always.
