The real reason everyone is complaining is because they aren't getting their hands held by the jungler anymore. Godforbid you asked riot to do something about junglers butthumping lanes and it has been done.

Back in the early seasons junglers couldn't gank early game. Maybe 1-2 times until level 6. You can still gank 3-4 times early on just about any jungler atm.
