Why kayle doesn't get micro patch nerf just like Neeko ?

Because she isn't abusing a out-of-the-world mechanic which relies on a buggy abuse.

Neeko was excelling in, if memory serves literally all five roles and in the ADC role she was approaching 60% winrate, and doing much better than 50% in all roles. She was also bugged, and dealing much more damage than intended.

Kayle is sitting at 55% which is obviously high, however pre-rework Kayle is a champion who historically was usually sitting at a high win rate. Now don't get me wrong, her playrate is obviously higher right now due to both a recent rework and hype about how OP she is, and she is definitely strong, but I'd rather face a team of five kayles than deal with how obscene Neeko was last patch. She's also (basically) only played in top lane, and frankly, despite how strong she is, a lot of people still don't know what they're doing with her.

She just seems more manageable. I will say that they probably COULD have sprung for a hotfix this patch, but the situation isn't dire.

That time Neeko had 50% winrate in mid lane which was her highest pick rate 2.7%

Her adc winrate was 56% but on a 1.7% pickrate Top was 55% winrate on 2% pick rate

Support and Jg had low pick rate that they weren't even showing stats That's for op.gg

Lolyatics had Neeko winrate 55% in adc top mid combined with 7% pick rate which isn't even high

If Neeko had pick rate as much as Kayle , then her winrate would drop to 52 or 53 at maximum Which means Neeko wasn't oppressive as much as Kayle

Besides, if they hotfixed because it's a bug that affected the champion, why didn't they hotfix her current w bug now? It's also affecting her
