Why nerf Thresh base HP?

i don't get it

thresh is squishy enough to be killed in lane by agressive duos, he loses hard against zyra or blitz for instance

so why are you making it EVEN WORSE instead of fixing the real issue that is his 335 base ms?

blitz/naut 325 base ms thresh for some reasons 335 base ms?
