What's the Deal with Camille?

She does damage? Everyone does damage. Unlike most champs, she has to charge up and aim her damage abilities before they become actually useful.

She has a dash? So many people have dashes.

She has a stun? Lots of people have stuns. At least she has to leap to a wall before she's allowed to stun you.

She's not broken, but she's not bad. She's not hard to play. She's simply balanced. I've never had a problem with Camille, unless she's fed, because there's so much room to counter her. Her Q? Takes 1.5 seconds to do true damage. Otherwise, nearly every empowered auto does more. Her W? Only does anything at all if she lands the outer bit, which is always obnoxious on a melee champ. Her E? Complain about Talon before you dare point fingers at her. Her R? That shit ain't broken in the slightest. Most champs get extra damage on their passives. She doesn't.

If she gets ahead in lane and your champion lacks a way to knock her out of her ult, you basically can't be on the same screen as her and live unless she screws up.

Not entirely true, though. Illaoi Yorick These have alot of power loaded in their ults. If she dares to ult you solo, you ult yourself. She will get forced to leave the zone or die.

I mean her gameplay outside the lane phase is fine, but when laning against her shes extremely oppressive because she can just set up a gank from 2000 units away and youre pretty much screwed but I think with these nerfs shes much more in line now

Her overall numbers were making her way too good at everything and her ult is unique in its total lack of counterplay.

She has the same problems as every other diver when they're too good.

True Damage in large numbers on a champion that is supposed to build tanky is a terrible design. Also her E cooldown and mana cost is pathetic, it needs to cost 100 mana like every broken skill in this game, also it has 5 cd on 40% cdr what the fuck is that ? And yeah her R is the dumbest thing ever put in this game besides windwall as it is full of bugs and lacks even 1 fucking bit of counterplay other than "play poppy and alistar"...
